“Very spacious and very clean apartment. Very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The kitchen lacks a few utensils (cutlery, toaster, cutting board among others) and some details such as bathroom accessories, a blind does not work but overall very good. The urbanization is perfect with a small tent with basic products and free wifi and the fantastic swimming pools and gardens. Within walking distance of Saidia. Sami is very responsive. Quick check-in and check-out with no problem”

“The accommodation was as it was presented to us. 3 pools but we were often in the big one. Aquapark 5 min by car the corniche 13 min. A good fish restaurant in the direction of ras el ma 12 min by car and the marina 2 min by car as well as the Marjane supermarket. Otherwise the 3 days went well. minimarket is located in the very practical residence and where you can find all kinds of food maintenance products, ice cream, sweets, fresh mint, fruit, even fresh bread and pain au chocolat.

The apartment is very well located. In the middle of summer, the residence is very busy so we don't have use of the swimming pool, which is too crowded for our taste. The residence is secure. Staff available and very responsive. I rent regularly to this host and I recommend him for his professionalism.

Very clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. Quick communication with the host. 3 swimming pools in the residence which are great. As always, Sami and his team take great care. Accommodation as described, in a very quiet family residence. This is the second time we've spent our summer vacation there. A huge thank you to Yassin who answered all our requests and gave very good advice, especially for a small mechanical problem with our vehicle. Ps: in order to enjoy the beaches and leisure activities of Saidia, the car is essential.

We had a good stay. the apartment is large enough close to the beach and all amenities. Nevertheless, what we appreciated the least was the lack of outdoor facilities (eg no parasol and we had to wait until the afternoon to eat on the terrace. Also, the terrace of the master suite lacks a few basic amenities for travelers to enjoy). That said, I recommend

Spacious and very well equipped apartment, private roof terrace. It is very well placed, close to a very beautiful beach, very clean and less crowded than the main beach, close to Marjane, presence of a small grocery store in the parking lot of the residence. The host and the salesperson are available and responsive. This apartment is close to parking and swimming pools. The gardens are very beautiful and well maintained. I recommend and I will come back!

I recommend you book this place. Sami is very professional and helpful and the place is in an amazing location in a close proximity to Saidia Beach, Restauramts, an amusement parc. The residence is very clean, quiet and very suitable for families.
